Grate the coconut flesh and extract coconut milk from the grated flesh. Some markets do sell grated coconut or coconut milk. Add the remaining ingredients and heat until mixture is smooth for about 4 to 5 minutes. Pour into a container while still hot since it will harden as it cools. Take some time to relax in a bubble bath with.... Violet Bubble Bath 1 quart water 1 bar castile soap (grated) 2 ounces coconut oil 2 ounces glycerin 4 drops violet fragrant oil Mix all ingredients together. Store in a container. Pour in running water when you want to use it. No more, worry about cleansing products causing drying skin. Include coconut oil in your own homemade cleansing cream. Coconut Cleansing Cream 3 tablespoons coconut oil 1 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon glycerin 2 teaspoon water Melt ingredients together over very low heat until it turns liquid. Remove from heat. Beat as the mixture cools to emulsify. Store in an airtight jar and keep in the refrigerator. After use, follow with an astringent. If you prefer, simply use the coconut oil as it is.
