      Mexican Chorizo - excellent flavor. Keep everything cold or the texture is off, but easy recipe and grinding meat is kind of fun.

      How to make your own chorizo. CookinCowgirls says: "Sub 1 tbs. paprika and 1/2 tsp. cayenne for Aleppo." May have to try that since I've no idea where to find Aleppo.

      Mexican Chorizo Recipe. Looks very easy to make. I love chorizo but not really the fat in it so I can make this with leaner ground beef or even turkey. Make a lot to pop some in the freezer.
