    great bathroom. love the abundance of light, the over sized sink, the wood floor and the claw-foot tub that is just sneaking into the photo edge.

    Rather than using standard cabinetry, consider creating a sink vanity out of an antique dresser. A cabinetmaker can cut a hole in the top of the dresser to fit a drop-in sink. Coat the remaining wooden surface with polyurethane to protect it from water and moisture. If space permits, you can incorporate a matching chest of drawers for storage
