Broccoli and Italian Sausage Egg Muffins ~Preheat oven to 375 Brown 1 lb Italian Sausage. Remove from heat and stir in 1 C broccoli. Whisk 8 lg eggs, 1/4 C milk, 1/2 tbsp oil and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Season with salt and pepper. Spray cupcake pan. Spoon sausage and broccoli mixture evenly into each cup. Ladle egg mix over sausage. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Omelet Breakfast in a bag for a large group breakfast. Holiday breakfasts can't get much easier! An option to the directions here would be to take orders by email or txt and have all bags prepared the night before, even for the grandchildren. Decrease the mess and make sure the one you are cleaning up is the one you make yourself!
