Pea Salad 1 cup macaroni 3 eggs 1/4 cup Ranch-style salad dressing 1 teaspoon white sugar 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar salt to taste 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 cups frozen green peas, thawed 3 green onions, chopped 2 medium sweet pickles, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Spring Pea and Radish Salad. I love this and enjoyed it minus the cheese with some lemon. YUMMO!
Bacon Ranch Pea Salad: 4 slices bacon, browned & crumbled 1 quart water 1 (16 ounce) package frozen green peas 1/3 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup Ranch dressing 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese Bring the water to a boil in a pot. Boil the peas 1 minute, until just tender, and drain. Cool peas under cold running water. In a bowl, toss together bacon, peas, onion, Ranch dressing, and Cheddar cheese. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chilled before serving.
