Cute idea! These are name posters that students can color and be creative with. After students are done, I would have them share their art with the class and answer some questions regarding the lesson. I like this as a way to build community in the classroom.
Fill a Bucket. Read, "Have you filled a bucket today?" Children earn cotton balls when they are caught being kind.

Bucket filling idea This goes along with a book and study called Have You Filled a Bucket Today? And basically it is a lesson that teaches kids that we all carry an invisible bucket with us, and when someone is nice to us by helping or giving us a compliment they fill our bucket. And when someone says mean things or is not nice they are "bucket dippers" and empty our bucket. At school, when a child does something nice for someone they get to fill their Blue Bell bucket with a cotton ball.

What is differentiated learning, anyway? The recently released second edition of the book “The Differentiated Classroom: Responding to the Needs of All Learners” describes differentiated learning as addressing many students of “various backgrounds, readiness and skill levels, and interests”. Sounds pretty similar to personalized learning to me, though I’m sure there is quite a bit of nuance involved to -ahem- differentiate the two.
The Definition Of Differentiated Instruction.. What Differentiated Instruction Is–And Is Not...The following graphic from ASCD offers several examples of what differentiated instruction is–and is not. The information here comes from Carol Ann Tomlinson’s newest book,The Differentiated Classroom: Responding to the Needs of All Learners, 2nd Edition.

To promote kindness in the classroom...this is the time of year we all need a new idea! have students make a shout out about another student who is doing good. Could use for staff!

Student Shout Outs - Kindness Seeds, this is a cute idea to promote kindness in the classroom
Classroom management: Student Shout Outs. To promote kindness in the classroom students can write a positive shout out about a classmate and submit anytime. Read aloud on a regular basis (Friday afternoons?).
Praise students and let students encourage one another. Great way to build relationships and motivation within the students. With these student shoutouts students are only allowed to say positive things about their peers. This really develops a great sense of community within the students. Everyone deserves to feel safe, supported and encouraged by their peers. This is definitely something I will use in my future classroom!
Kindness Seeds: Student Shout Outs. Students anonymously write kind words about their classmates and put them in the box. They write the name of the person the the kind words are for, but they don't sign their own name. The teacher writes them on the Shout Out bulletin board.
Student Shout Outs, good classroom idea.
Cute idea to promote kindness in the classroom. Maybe instead of bucket fillers?!
