The “Perfect” Chocolate Chip Cookie! If you're looking for a crunchy on the outside cookie with a chewy center, I was completely and utterly impressed with this cookie. I didn't refrigerate the dough before I baked them, but they still turned out great. I definitely have to watch out for overcooking the cookies next time though...
Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie- I used corn starch instead if baking soda and it was AMAZING. Stayed gooey and tasty for a week
