Cheesy Southwest Chicken Lasagna Rolls - cheated and used shell pasta (also added a can of corn) and mixed it all together and baked as a casserole. Baked for 40 minutes. I was fabulous and made a lot. Great to freeze for lunches.
Chicken Enchilada Pasta- slow cooked skinless/boneless chicken breasts for 6 hours with one 16 oz bottle of salsa and a taco seasoning packet. then shredded the chicken and put it back in the slow cooker to soak everything up.
