Chinese broccoli beef, thinly sliced beef slices, marinated then stir-fried with garlic and blanched broccoli. Looks a lot more complicated than it really is. I don't always use as much oyster sauce as suggested but that is simply because I don't like as strong a flavor as it produces.
This cake is fantastic! Delicious with ice cream. You'd never know it's made with beans! Give it a try! (I used sugar instead of Whey Low granular in mine.)
coconut frenzy cake - Low Carb, Sugar Free, Gluten Free. It should take about 8 - 10 minutes at 350 degrees (F) to firm up in the oven. You don't want them to brown, just to be firm to the touch.
