1 1/2 tsp Chives, fresh
1 1/2 tsp Cilantro, fresh
1/4 cup Cucumber
3/4 tsp Ginger, fresh
1 1/2 tsp Jalapeno
1/4 tsp Lime, scant zest
1 1/2 tsp Shallot


1 tbsp Lime juice, fresh

Baking & Spices

1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

1 1/2 tsp Grapeseed or vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Sesame oil, Asian


1 Potato or tortilla chips, Thick-cut
