1 Carrot
1/2 large head Cauliflower
1/4 cup Parsley, fresh
1 tsp Thyme, fresh

Refrigerated

2 Eggs, whole

Condiments

1 tsp Lime juice

Baking & Spices

1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 pinch Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/4 cup Flaxseed meal
1/4 tsp Paprika, smoked
1 tbsp Poppy seeds
1/2 tsp Salt

Nuts & Seeds

1/4 cup Hazelnuts
1/4 cup Sunflower seeds, raw unsalted
