    ARTICHOKE POPPERS: Start with you favorite artichoke dip that has been chilled overnight. Gently roll artichoke dip into small balls. Roll in flour, then dip in beaten egg, then roll in Panko. Heat a couple inches oil in skillet. When hot, drop balls in - do not overcrowd. Cook until browned on one side then flip and repeat. Remove and drain. Serve hot.

    Spinach Artichoke Poppers, would be yummy with some artichokes too!

    asiago ale dip... Came out pretty good, we paired it with homemade soft pretzels and it was delicious

    Jalapeno popper dip-- This is SO good! Always a hit at any party. (Easy to make low-carb by leaving off the panko topping.) Typically eaten with tortilla chips, it is also good as a veggie dip, steak or burger topping, etc. It would make a delicious omelet filling, too.
