    Hibiscus Drink ~ lower cholesterol levels ** Ingredients: 4 cups filtered water | 2 heaping tbsp dried hibiscus flowers | 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced | 1 lime, sliced into wedges | 2 tbsp sugar (optional, I take mine without it) ** Cooking directions: Bring water to boil about 5 minutes. Combine the next 3 ingredients then add boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes until water turns dark magenta. Filter/strain to remove hibiscus flowers. Allow to coo. Pour drink into glasses over ice. Add lime.
