I adapted this recipe for Super Bowl Sunday. Used 10 New Mexico red chiles and boiled them, then removed the seeds and SKINS. I also soaked the beans overnight and used some kidney beans along with the pintos. Added an extra can of tomatoes (small) and used Santa Fe Brewing Co. Happy Camper IPA in place of lager.
