So true. People who don't smile back or wave back, and completely avoid me now that they know about my ED aren't hurting me at all. Those things used to break me because I cared so much about what people thought about me, but not anymore. What I care most about now is how I think about me! And I'm PROUD of myself and my recovery.

Is It Ok to Judge Others?

I need to learn this is the way to live. Can't always make everyone happy at the expense of your own happiness.

whether a relationship, friends, family- work this applies. Don't put up ever ever with "Anyone" so quick to point out every flaw and Use Vulger words when they are angry. Or only make decisions based on what friends their friends say, or recommend what they do when they don't know you from Adam. . For the love of God a grown adult - should be able treat another human being being with respect at all times and make ones decisions as a independent thinker. :::))))
