    Roasted Broccoli 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. or heat up your grill to medium high. 2. On a sheet or foil bake pan , mix the florets from one medium head of broccoli chopped small [about 1/2 pound], 2 T. olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Roast for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the broccoli is evenly roasted but not burnt. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

    Every dinner must include a vegetable (in my opinion). My favorites are roasted broccoli or cauliflower, sauteed green beans or kale and roasted squash or sweet potatoes for a starchy vegetable!

Preheat oven to 375° Chop a head of broccoli rinse and let thoroughly dry Mince 2-3 cloves or 1 tsp powdered garlic Place broccoli into a gallon size ziploc bag. Parmesan Roasted Broccoli and Onions 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets (6 cups) 1 small red onion, cut into wedges 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup grated Parmesan (2 ounces) kosher salt and black pepper Heat oven to 425° F. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the broccoli and onion with the oil and Parmesan and season with ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Roast, tossing once, until tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
