Preheat oven to 375° Chop a head of broccoli rinse and let thoroughly dry Mince 2-3 cloves or 1 tsp powdered garlic Place broccoli into a gallon size ziploc bag. Add garlic with 2 TBSP olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Shake until well until coated Spread out on baking sheet Bake on top rack 30 minutes. The Broccoli will start to brown up and get crunchy
Garlic Parmesan Broccoli. 425 for 20-25 minutes. 1 head broccoli, 4 tb evoo, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 tea salt, 1/2 tea pepper, 1 tb lemon juice, 1/4 cup Parmesan. Mix broccoli with garlic & 3 tb evoo then bake. When done toss with dressing of Parmesan cheese, 1tb evoo & lemon juice.
Roasted Lemon Parmesan Broccoli (looks even better than my most recent favorite: parmesan + Italian seasoning)
Parmesan Roasted Broccoli and Onions 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets (6 cups) 1 small red onion, cut into wedges 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup grated Parmesan (2 ounces) kosher salt and black pepper Heat oven to 425° F. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the broccoli and onion with the oil and Parmesan and season with ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Roast, tossing once, until tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
