      Marbled Easter Eggs. This is just a picture but one would assume you use food coloring to do this. I bet these would make some beautiful deviled eggs!

      Marbled Easter Eggs. (These are really more trouble than they're worth, I'm afraid. My hands were covered in food coloring afterward, and the effect wasn't that great. Maybe it'd be more worth it if I had gloves or a friend to do it with.)

      marbled easter eggs - hard boil eggs, tap to create cracks, put in a zip lock bag with food colouring and cover whole egg, remove from bag and rinse with white vinegar, let dry and open - beautiful

      Surprise Marbled Easter Eggs! Recipe: Eggs, Food Coloring & Qt. sized Plastic Bags, White Vinegar. Boil eggs 7 min. turn off heat & let sit 5 min. When cooled, GENTLY tap eggs to crack but still be intact. Put 1 egg & 1 T. coloring in bag and roll egg around to cover, let it stay 30 min. to absorb. Rinse under water and splash vinegar over egg to set color. Dry with paper towel. Refrigerate until ready to serve. The surprise is inside!!!
