I have an aversion to using the word "hummus" to describe anything that isn't hummus. However, here are some fun hummus recipes, along with other dips!

Oven at 300*, cook for 30-40min. Toss thickly sliced zucchini in olive oil. In another bowl, combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and a few turns of pepper. Hummus is so expensive to buy but SO easy to make! I personally don't like tahini at all and always omit it. Love all these varieties!
