Wall Squat, The Move 2. Keeping knees hip-width apart, slide down the wall until you are in a chairlike position. Your legs should not go any lower than a right angle to the floor. 12/05/2012 This one had me sweatin'!!! Once I figured out what a few of the exercises were it was relatively quick. But I won't say painless... Gonna be sore the next couple of days :) Felt a lot in my core as well. Adding in some plank ab twists to finish it off :)
