8 sprigs Thyme
2 28-ounce cans Tomatoes, whole with juices

Condiments

1 Hot pepper sauce

Pasta & Grains

6 cups Grits or rice, cooked stone-ground

1 Kosher salt

1 tsp Vegetable oil

6 slices Baguette, toasted
