For Taco Tuesday...Easy Crockpot Chicken Tacos...dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts & a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stire and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!
Cheesy Beefy Mac (Skillet Casserole) 1/2 Lb elbow macaroni, cook as directed. 1 Lb ground sirloin or beef and 1 diced onion, browned. Add 1 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup A1 Steak Sauce and 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Simmer five minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Top with 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese *or Colby Jack. Cover and simmer till cheese melts. MMM
