    Sock bubbles...I just tested this and it took 3 mins to make & is soooo cool. The kids are gonna love it!

      Rainbow Bubble Snakes ~ All you need is an empty water bottle from your recycling, duct tape, a sock that is missing its match, dish soap and some food coloring. LOTS OF SUMMER FUN!

      rainbow sock bubbles- duct tape a thick sock to the end of a water bottle (bottom cut off). Dip in a shallow pan of water and soap. Place a few drops of food coloring on sock for rainbow bubble snakes.

      Cut the bottom off an empty plastic water bottle, pull a sock over the bottom & secure w/duct tape or a rubber band, dip into a shallow bowl of dish soap and water and gently blow through the smaller opening. Drop food coloring on the sock for rainbow bubble snakes!

      Sock bubbles. Cut the bottom of a plastic bottle off, slide sock over cut end, secure with tape or rubber band around sock, dip into dish soap and happy bubble making! Add food color to make rainbow bubbles! Make sure you don't inhale by mistake!

      Rainbow Bubble Snakes: empty plastic bottle, duct tape, sock, dish soap, food coloring - optional. Instructions: Cut bottom of the water bottle off. Slide the sock over the bottom of the bottle. Use duct tape to secure our sock, or rubber band. Pour dish soap into a shallow container with a little bit of water and gently mix. Dip the sock covered bubble blower into the solution and gently blow. Optional – add food coloring to sock covered end.

    easy bubble blower! The kids loved it! There was a "fight" over a larger water bottle until the kids discovered you can make longer bubble "tails" with a smaller bottle (requires less air to blow).

    So fun :-)

    Popped Bubble Art: I've done this activity with my kids a few times now and it never fails to fascinate them - and me! Simply color bubble mix with food coloring and blow bubbles onto paper - as the bubbles land and pop, they create beautiful works of art. It goes without saying that this project is best done outdoors. A great one for those lazy summer afternoons.
