Pretty much cut sweets out of my diet and now I can barely stand to eat or drink them!

OK I know this is supposed to be motivation....but I laughed because I have a body, of course, but I am DEFINITELY not an athlete and I wouldn't want to insult them!

Excuses only hold you back...stop making excuses and do what is difficult because in the end...you'll find it is well worth it.

When embarking on a fitness plan, my first goal is to look good in my clothes and my subsequent goal is to look fab w/out my clothes. Progress and NOT perfection has always been my motto as it pertains to exercise and everything else!!! One love.

Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank.

Regardless of what the media conveys, skinny is not always desirable. A healthy and fit body is the best goal to strive for. So do not be afraid of the nutrient-packed foods and learn to love your diet and yourself!
