Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glazed pork loin- this was delicious and very easy! I did not use my crock pot, instead I seared the pork loin on all sides in a roasting pan, then transferred it to a 450F oven and continued cooking until internal temp reached 145F. Meanwhile, heated and thickened glaze on stove and then brushed it over the pork loin. Sliced, served with remaining glaze. Excellent! 5-Star*****Carnitas..this smells unbelievable in the CROCKPOT. It is So delicious..read directions carefully-uses a 4-5lb. pork shoulder or butt, but once you shred it and remove most of the fat, it's enough for a meal with leftovers, even better the next day! My daughter asks for this...and brings friends!
