Crock Pot Cashew Chicken from Favorite Family Recipes - really liked this! I doubled the sauce since we like things saucy and I thought it was perfect. Although we did it in the crock pot, I think that it would be just as easy to do it stove top, too, for a great weeknight dinner. Be careful not to season with extra salt because the ingredients are salty enough. Would definitely make this again!

It is So delicious..read directions carefully-uses a 4-5lb. pork shoulder or butt, but once you shred it and remove most of the fat, it's enough for a meal with leftovers, even better the next day! My daughter asks for this...and brings friends!
