Mozzarella Stuffed Burgers: Ingredients ― ground beef; egg; salt; smoked paprika; pepper; mozzarella, grated; rolls; arugula; caramelized onions; tomato. Instructions ― Combine the ground beef, egg, salt, smoked paprika and pepper; mix; form patties; place mozzarella in the middle of a patty and top with another; flatten and crimp. Chill for 30 minutes. Fry or grill. Serve the patties on fresh rolls with arugula, onions and sliced tomato. #Burger #Mozzarella
