For me, Bradbury and Asimov and Arthur C. Clarke are the pioneers of science fiction as it has been handed down to us. This book is not "science fiction," but is one of the scariest books I've read. The movie of this was very scary but not gory at all. Bradbury knows what scares you and is not afraid to use it. All of his books are great.
