Olive oil, Garlic, Chives and Romano Cheese smashed Cauliflower- So much like mashed potatoes - only healthier!
This is our favorite way to eat broccoli of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.
Potatoes, Garlic, Olive Oil, Butter, Salt, Pepper.. oven 425˚F, Baking tray, garlic in between the slits add some butter on top of each potato. Drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. Bake for 40 minutes or until the potatoes turn crispy and the flesh is soft.
Better than fries! Cut potatoes almost all the way through, drizzle olive oil, butter, some sea salt, and pepper over top and bake @ 425 for 40 minutes. delicious
Scalloped Hasselback Potatoes. Another creative and delicious recipe. Potatoes with garlic and cheese sounds amazing and the picture looks sooo tasty. If you are bored of the classic potatoes recipes, this is a new metod to cook potatoes. Easy to make, I’m sure that you’will try it again, after the first tried. This is what happend to me…it’s so delicious!!
