In my dreams, I would build a similar addition onto the back of my house. It would create an outdoor room and I would make the upstairs the kid's lair. There would be stairs leading to the lair. In my dreams!

Wall Trellis Kit - Can be a DIY.  Make a trellis of any shape and put it almost anywhere.  Use the silicone glue to bond a number of the anchors to a wall or window. Next, string the wire from anchor to anchor to create a frame. Finally, use the vinyl tape to support plants on the newly created trellis.

We love strands of white string lights for outdoor spaces. Our favorite layout? A canopy of them overhead in a zigzag pattern. It looks so casual and somehow "European" to us. Sounds silly, but that's just how it makes us feel:
