Here is a fun, hands-on conversation game to play with children with Asperger's and other autism spectrum disorders. You download and print out these pictures, then lay them out in sequence while two kids (or you and the child) are talking. This visually demonstrates "on topic" and provides reinforcement for "building" coherent conversations on topics of mutual interest.
