Homemade fabric softener - I absolutely LOVE this! Works better than Snuggle, IMO - I did have an extremely faint smell of vinegar in my bath towels (not in the hand towels, washcloths, or any other article of clothing) I used Suave - since you can buy one bottle for a dollar - but really, you maybe save about two dollars....I would still choose this over store bought any day.
Homemade Fabric Softener-16 oz white distilled vinegar and 10-12 drops essential oil. You can add fresh herbs as a booster. Add 1/4 cup per load.
Homemade Fabric Softener: I actually combined 2 different recipes off of 2 sites. I used this recipe that I'm pinning, and then added the juice from 2 large lemons. I have my 1st load washing now and am anxious to see how it does!
Homemade Fabric Softner - Baking Soda (1 cup), Warm Water (1 1/4 cups), White Vinegar (8 cups), Prefered Essential Oils for fragrance: Mix Vinegar & Water, slowly add Baking Soda (use large bowl for fizz). Use funnel to pour into washed gallon sized milk jug, add 1/3 teaspoon of favorite essentiol oil - shake each time you use. ♥
Homemade Fabric Softener! Water, vinegar, hair conditioner, and lots of money saved! Just think of the custom scents you can make.
