Trisha Yearwood's Uncle Wilson's Stuffed Peppers... my grandma has made these for me a few times and there have been times when i have eaten over half a dozen in one sitting. So good. HOWEVER, she mentions in the book that hard boiling the peppers will save time so my gandma tried it and they fell apart when she took them out of the oven and made the dish watery. So, don't hard boil the peppers and eat up!

    I made this for a dinner party and it was amazing! So many leftovers too. I used my Pampered Chef deep dish stoneware 9x13 and I had no over spill in the oven. Also, used thin spaghetti noodles and when it was done baking in the oven, it was the size of regular spaghetti noodles. Delicious recipe!!!! I also added 2 more strips of bacon because I love bacon.

Crockpot Mac and Cheese by Trisha Yearwood - have tried this and it's very good. So easy to dump all ingredients in, including UNcooked pasta, and let the crock pot work its magic.
