Trisha Yearwood's Uncle Wilson's Stuffed Peppers... my grandma has made these for me a few times and there have been times when i have eaten over half a dozen in one sitting. So good. HOWEVER, she mentions in the book that hard boiling the peppers will save time so my gandma tried it and they fell apart when she took them out of the oven and made the dish watery. So, don't hard boil the peppers and eat up!
Twice-Baked Potatoes - Trisha Yearwood. A little too much sour cream for our liking. Next time I'll add more cheddar and milk. 8/10
