Pumpkin & Cream Frappe: 1C Unsweet Coconut Milk, 2Tbsp Pumpkin 1/2Tsp Vanilla, 1/4Tsp Pumpkin Spice, 1Tsp Stevia, 5 Ice Cubes, 2Tbsp Whip Cream, 1 Dash Cinnamon. In a blender add Coconut Milk, Pumpkin, Vanilla, Pumpkin Spice, Stevia and Ice Cubes. Blend smooth. Pour into a glass & top with whip cream & sprinkle Cinnamon.
Lighter Pumpkin Frappe (With or Without Coffee) 1 1/2 cups coffee, frozen, partially thawed; 2 tbsp canned pumpkin; 1/2 tsp vanilla extract; 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice; 1 tsp. stevia; 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk, carton - not canned; 2 tbsp fat free whip cream; dash cinnamon.
