    Slow cook beef stew; 1kg beef, 1/2 cp flour, s&p, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 diced onion, 2 bay leaves, 1/4 cp Worcestershire, 2 cp water, splash of red wine, stock cube, 4 diced red potatoes, 3 sliced carrots,1 stalk diced celery Shake meat in bag w/ flour & salt. Heat oil in pan;brown meat &put in slow cooker, add pepper. Saute onion then add to slow cooker. Pan: sauce, water, stock& wine and whisk. Set aside. Slowcooker: potatoes, carrots, celery, & bay leaves. Add sauce. Cook on low for 8 hrs.
