Skinny Green Monster Smoothie. I have been drinking these almost every mornign since January. I use regular peanut butter, 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk, spinach (2-3 cups), 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 tbsp hemp hearts and banana (mango when I can find nice ones!) Five servings of fruits and veg first thing in the morning!!
Post-Workout Smoothie known as a "Green Monster." [I add a handful of spinach to just about every smoothie I make - great way to get some in my wee ones' bellies. They love the taste, which is still very fruity, and the cool green color.]
