    Healthy recipe - chicken and chickpeas concoction

    olive oil 1 tsp. garlic, minced lemon pepper seasoning sea salt 1 lemon chicken breast, cubed carrots, julienned 1/2 onion, diced diced tomatoes 1/2 can of garbanzo beans warm olive oil over medium heat Saute the garlic into the olive oil. As soon as you hear it sizzle, add the onion, chicken breast and carrots. Then use sea salt and lemon pepper seasoning. When the chicken is almost cooked, add tomatoes and garbanzo beans. Squeeze the lemon over \let it cook for 3-5 more minutes
