    Walking taco casserole ... yum! brown 1 1/2 lbs ground beef with about 1/3 of a large onion- chopped add a small can of green chilies, 1 can of enchilada sauce, and 2 oz. cream cheese (optional) to the meat layer in a casserole dish in the following order: fritos chips, meat mixture, shredded cheese repeat layers once again bake at 350� for about 15-20 min or until cheese is bubbly top individual dishes with lettuce, salsa, sour cream or your favorite taco topping enjoy!

Open the bag, scoop some taco meat inside, and then add your favorite toppings. Our toppings included black beans (which add some bulk if you're trying to feed a crowd), lettuce, tomato, sour cream, shredded cheese, and a salsa/ranch mixture.

Baked Ziti. I made this last weekend and it was delicious. Provolone and mozzarella cheeses. It rocked!

Can't tell you how many bananas I have thrown away in my life because I was too lazy to make "real" banana bread. Now I can just throw these 3 ingredients together!... I have bananas going bad on my counter right now.

Apple Pie Bread - perversely, I would like to serve this with mature cheddar for the cheese course. But I'm sure it would also be lovely for breakfast :)

Pumpkin Donut Muffins. Do not sub wheat flour and increase the baking time by at least 10 minutes. 1 tablespoon of butter was enough to top all the muffins

OMG I LOVE FUNFETTI!!!! Funfetti Cake Dip (light) | Eat Yourself Skinny // So seriously this is amazing... You prob should eat w/ fruit so it's less calories because you will want to eat more than 1/4 of a cup. It tastes just like cake batter (and I bet you could use any kind of cake too!)
