Make 1/3 cup oats into 2 cups of oatmeal - this works fabulously, I use it all the time! My ratio is 1/3 cup oats to 1 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup water, and microwaved for just 3 mins, not 4.5 (mine overflowed when I did it that long!). Like magic... :)
