New York Cheesecake

New York Cheesecake - This is the single best cheesecake I have ever had. I discovered this Jim Fobel’s cookbook about 20 years ago, and it is the one I return to again and again. It is creamy smooth, lightly sweet, with a touch of lemon.

Pineapple Upside Down Cupcakes

Pineapple Upside Down Cupcakes - I've already made these twice and I'm making them again tomorrow for company! Just like that classic cake your grandma made but in cupcake form!

Cheesecake filled strawberries. She cored and filled with the Jello No-bake cheesecake and dipped in the included topping. THEN used the strawberry cores+Nutella in a blender to make a fruit dip! This is happening at my house ASAP.

Churro Cheesecake - pretty good. Easy to make and yummy. I just love cream cheese desserts and this one was tasty.

Woolworth's Cheesecake Recipe ~ I have been looking for this recipe. Mama used to make it and would use different kinds of jello...cherry, strawberry, orange, lime, etc... soooo good!

These carrots are amazing! Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes with some seasoning and a little olive oil. Then drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, and about 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Pop them back into the oven for about 5 more minutes to achieve sweet, salty, still slightly crunchy perfection!
