Hot Vanilla Milk. This is a gem of a drink. And so easy! 1 cup milk, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 tbsp. sugar. Warm milk in the microwave or on the stove. Add vanilla and sugar. (I added some brown sugar in as well) Optional: top with whipped cream, cinnamon, chocolate sauce, or marshmallows.
Twice baked breakfast potato: butter insides, add cheese, bacon pieces, top with the egg, salt & pepper. Pop into the oven @ 350 for about 15 - 20 minutes. Keep an eye on them, don't over cook the egg. Top with cheese, bacon, green onions and some sour cream.
Healthy Peanut Butter Balls | 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, 1/2 cup honey, 3/4 cup nonfat powdered milk, 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats - Combine all ingredients; mix well. Using your hands, roll the dough into balls about the size of large gumballs. Place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper, and refrigerate until set. Makes about 18 balls.
