Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce Recipe: 1 can evap. milk; 2 C sugar; 3 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate (or 9 T cocoa+3 T veg. oil stirred together); 1 stick butter; 1 tsp vanilla Melt chocolate in large, heavy pan on low heat. Stir in sugar+the milk. Cook over med. heat stirring constantly for about 20 min. It will start to boil around 7-8 min. mark. Keep cooking til it is thickness you want (it will be thicker on ice cream). Add vanilla+stick butter. Serve over ice cream. Freezes well
