Double Crunch Honey Garlic Pork Chops. I must say this was really good! I added a little cornstarch to the flour mixture for a lil extra crispiness. Only used 1 tsp of pepper in the sauce...figured that was enough. The sauce really made the dish...yum!

Honey Garlic Pork Chops and other Recipes...Honey Garlic Pork Chops were good, but maybe a tad too sweet

4 boneless pork loin chops  cup honey 3 TBSP soy sauce 4-6 garlic cloves, minced Directions 1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Pour over pork loin chops, and marinate in refrigerator all day. 3. Preheat oven to 350, and prepare baking dish by lightly spraying Pam, or covering dish with foil. 4. Bake pork loin chops for 30 minutes or until no longer pink.
