    Making Salted Caramel Cupcakes Ingredients: - make your favorite chocolate cupcake recipe. Yellow cake would be equally amazing. - Combine 3 sticks softened unsalted butter, 1 T clear vanilla extract, 2 pounds of confectioners’ sugar and enough milk to reach the desired consistency (4-5 tablespoons). Directions: - hollow out a small circle in the center of each cupcake; Fill with caramel sauce and replace the cake you removed. - top with buttercream frosting - finish with salted caramel.
