25 Rainy Day Activities for Kids

Ha! I used to make these with my preschoolers... put the grass seeds in the bottom of a nylon sock, fill with dirt, tie, and set it into some type of container that you keep filled with water. The "tail" of nylon left over when you tied it off will drink up the water. (I also sprayed mine with water...) so much fun!!

Paper napkin parachute. We used our mini princesses and Minnie mouse napkins from birthday parties past. Girls loved throwing them off our stairs to the foyer floor so much we took them to the park to throw from the top of the climbing structures. Great project and fun play.
