Cola & Maple Syrup Ham - Basically, you put your ham in a pan (poetic, lol) pour over a jar of maple syrup and a 2 litre bottle of cola (doesnt have to be a brand) and cook on the hob (a nice simmer) for 3-4 hours. Top up cola in the early stages but for the last hour or so keep turning the ham so it gets a lovely glaze - simple. I make this every Christmas and Easter and its just a taste sensation !!! Paula <3
