Mash 1 banana with 4tb flour, 2tb sugar, 1/4tsp baking powder, 1/4tsp cinnamon, 1/2tsp vanilla extract, 1tsp oil. Mix 2tsp chocolate chips + 2tsp walnuts into batter. Spray ceramic bowl with cooking spray and pour in batter. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and walnuts. Microwave for 1~1.5min. Cool for 2min.

Baked Banana Chips | Slice bananas very thin (1/8″), brush with lemon juice mixed with just a little water, sprinkle with cinnamon and kosher salt. Bake at 250F for about 2 hours, turning after 90 mins. Let cool (the longer they cool the crispier they become). Smear a little peanut butter between them if you like. Perfect sweet little treat! Rum-Coconut Banana Bread This made my house smell wonderful tonight and I did eat a nice piece. IT is really good. The coconut slices give it texture. I would probably sprinkle some sugar on top next time to give it a caramelized coat on top.
