Alternative to pasta: Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat on the stove.Add slaw and 1/4 cup water. Stirring occasionally, cook until water has evaporated and slaw has softened slightly, about 5 - 8 minutes (This is actually what I did all the time when I dropped 100 pounds. Works awesome in stir-fry too, instead of rice or lo mein!)
baked spaghetti squash lasagna- Delicious! I took out some of the mozzarella to make it healthier and instead replaced it with a layer of 1.5 c fat free cottage cheese, 1 tsp italian seasoning, and 2 cloves minced garlic- Diana
Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Pasta- One pinner said..."I just made this and then had to fight my husband and kids for seconds. Needless to say, there were no leftovers. I will definitely be making this again."
Queso Chicken Pasta. I'm repining this because I made it for dinner tonight and it was delicious! I used leftover chicken taco meat that i had cooked in the crock pot with a can of rotel and some taco seasoning and then shredded.
