4 cup All-Purpose Flour 1 tsp Baking soda (level) 2 tsp Salt (level) 1 cup Light Brown Sugar (packed) 1 cup Granulated Sugar 1 1/2 cup Vegetable Shortening (Crisco) 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 large Egg White 2-4 tbsp Water (warm) 12 oz Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Preheat oven to 325 °F.

Just combine a bunch of basic ingredients, including kidney and black beans, chopped peppers, corn, tomatoes and spices, then top it all with whole chicken breasts, set it and forget it.
