Fresh Apple Cake: if you haven't tried this delicious recipe yet, then please do. It's absolutely foolproof and tastes fantastic. I left the apple pieces a little chunky when I added them to the batter and we liked the texture of the cake that way. I thought it was a little different to add vanilla rather than cinnamon, but the cake was very flavorful and not too sweet.. The frosting reminded me of creamy fudge. Fabulous cake that cuts well and tastes like something your gran would make.
