Raw banana breakfast "sushi". 1 banana, 1 large swiss chard/kale/romaine leaf, some almond butter, 1 tsp maple syrup. Spread nut butter on leaf, drizzle maple syrup, wrap banana up, enjoy! This used to sound bad to me, but now it's strangely sounding delish!
